The Monitoring Centre will work in with you to help you in your business. The required action that you wish to happen will take place, and be recorded in the database. Remember! your clients are yours and the Monitoring Centre is monitoring them for you. The Monitoring Centre would need certain information if our operators are to contact after hours or patrols when necessary.

You keep your access to your interactive alarm panels via your computer. Using your own panel ID you can do service work etc from your own office, there is no need for the Monitoring Centre to have access unless it is at your request.

You can have a phone installed in the Monitoring centre. With Telstra Easy Call you can bar all calls on it and use it as an 'after hours incoming call line' or allow operators to ring your clients on it. The system can be as flexible and innovative as you wish.

You need only give the Monitoring Centre the information you want them to have, for
instance - a zone list and who we need to call for alarms or other emergencies.

Visual Verification Monitoring may also be provided, as well as training on some verification products. If you are using another type of verification system, talk to us about it - we may be able to monitor it for you.

Again, you only give the Monitoring Centre the essential data, such as a camera zone list and your after hours number to contact if alarms occur. Confirmation pictures can be faxed to you or your agent if required.

Safecom radio has been used since 1991 and we were the first Central Station in Queensland to have the system. Safecom radio provided an alternative to Securitel and Direct line the reporting path and supervision had to meet Australian Standards Safecom meets the standard and is able to claim the same rating as Direct line. There is now also a Standard for GPRS as the technology has changed over the years giving more coverage than the early radio panels. These systems must also meet the upgraded Australian Standards.
